This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
Very few of us have realized that our confession rules us. Confession sets the mark or limit for your faith. Your confession determines your faith life. When your confession of the Word jacks up, your faith jacks up to its level. For example, when you confess that you are blessed, your confession sets an atmosphere of the blessing on your life such that every event and circumstance of your life is conditioned to align with the blessing. Faith and all that it demands will always rise to your confession. Confession sets the atmosphere around your life and thanksgiving fills that atmosphere with the substance of God’s glory. Envelopes or atmospheres set by confession are substantiated by God’s manifest presence through thanksgiving. Psalm 22:3 tells us that God inhabits or dwells in the praises of His people. The effect of the confession of God’s Word is accelerated when you get into thanksgiving. If you give thanks more with dancing in faith, your expectation and desires according to God’s Word will show up faster than you expect.
There is a confession of the Word from conviction, and there is a confession of the Word unto conviction. The former is a powerful declaration unto performance, while the latter is a declaration to birth faith in the heart, in order to prep the heart ready for the former. When you put the Word of God in your mouth in confession, that is already in your heart, you are releasing words of power. When you do this with thanksgiving, you are substantiating your confession with the glory of God, which comes by the manifest presence of God through thanksgiving. When you give thanks as you confess the Word, the power of God steps in to make that Word good in your case. In thanksgiving, there is light in your spirit by the Spirit of God within you to know the exact things to confess. Your confession is guided by light as you give thanks to God. You are now saying specific things that will cause the results to manifest in the physical in no time. That means your confession is no longer general, but it is now specific. You start calling things in specifics because the hand of the Lord is now upon you, as the Spirit of God has moved upon you. There is a supply of the Spirit of God that will change the equation. God shows up in an atmosphere of ministering to the Lord and great things are wrought.
My Solid Front (Confession):
Thank You Heavenly Father, for the Word of faith in my heart and in my mouth. I release the Word by faith with thanksgiving. I set the mark by my words and through thanksgiving, You fill it with substance in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
