For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:1 tells us that the entire universe was made by the Word of God. So, we live in a Word-made, Word-sensitive world. It makes sense to believe that the universe responds to the Word because it was made by the Word. Therefore, all things were made to respond to words, whether finances, health, your body, or creation. Everything responds to words. This means that even nature has the capacity to hear you and to respond to your words. Mark 11 chronicles the account of Jesus cursing the fig tree and it responded to His Word. Mark 11:14 says, “And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. And his disciples heard it.” Then in verse 20 “And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.” Nature has the capacity to respond to faith, words of faith, because nature itself is the work of God’s faith. In verse 23 of Mark 11, Jesus said you can tell a mountain what to do and it will respond to you. You don’t have to cry before the mountain or beg the mountain, you tell the mountain to be removed and be cast into the sea and it will obey you!
The word ‘mouth’ in Greek means a weapon with a cutting-edge. So, if there is an obstacle before you, use your mouth to cut it off in the Name of Jesus Christ. Your mouth is good for more than eating. Some people just eat and talk casually with their mouths. You need to talk authoritatively to things with your mouth. You need to speak the Word. You can talk to things, talk to your phone, talk to your business, talk to your bank account(s), talk to your body, and to nature in general. Keep talking, speaking faith, and don’t keep quiet. Matthew 14:28-29 shows how Jesus controlled nature when he told Peter to step out of the boat and walk on the sea, and Peter stepped out and walked on water like he saw Jesus doing. Nature responded to the words of Jesus because He spoke in faith. In exercising your authority as a child of God, you must understand the Lordship of Jesus and the authority back of the Name of Jesus. Understand that the Lordship of Jesus is back of the Name Jesus Christ. So, when you’re talking to a situation, you are talking to it in the consciousness of the Lordship of Jesus over that situation. So, we talk to things, we talk to situations and circumstances, aligning them to the will of God for our lives by exercising the Lordship of Jesus. This is how to live victoriously over situations and circumstances, speaking faith from a deep-rooted understanding of your authority in Christ Jesus.
SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare that my words are authoritative and powerful, for I speak in line with the Word of God; therefore, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I have what I say! Amen!!!
