Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Have you ever wondered whether or not God loves you? Have you ever thought of what life would be like when you absolutely believe that God loves you? Maybe you’ve been at that point where you felt like God loves some people more than He loves you. Maybe you are wondering why some people are getting blessed physically, materially but you are not getting blessed as expected. Listen, beloved, God loves you. John 3:16 tells us that God so loved the world (that includes you) that He gave His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. The coming of Jesus Christ to the world and His substitutionary work for man are proofs that God loves you. You may not have knowledge in your heart that God loves you, but that doesn’t change the fact that He loves you. Listen very carefully, God loves you, He loves every one of us perfectly and personally. Romans 8:32 says, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” So, God loves you; believe it!
As powerful as God’s love is, it cannot change you until you believe in it. Faith in God’s love is what changes our lives, not just the fact that God loves us. When you be live in the love of God, that very love goes into operation inside your heart and begins to work a transformation that will soon become visible. Just like the Gospel only is the power of God unto salvation to those who believe it. If you hear the Gospel preached unto you and you don’t believe it, it will not produce salvation. It only produces salvation when it is believed. Faith in the love of God for you is key to soul transformation. 1 John 4:16 tells us, “And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love, and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.” The power of God’s love is experienced when it is believed! Beloved, the foundation of your covenant relationship with God is the fact that he loves you. You stagger the very foundation of your covenant relationship with God when you doubt His love to you. Believe in the love of God towards you. God has proven that He truly loved you by sending His Son Jesus Christ to die for you. Refuse to doubt God’s love towards you. Believe in the love of God to you!
SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare that my faith is in God’s love towards me. I believe in the love of God to me, absolutely! Amen!
