Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
Blessed is she who [a]believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.”
The opening verse tells us that the arm of the Lord is revealed to everyone that believes the Lord’s report. The arm, the power, the glory of God is revealed to those who believe the report of the Lord. What is the report of the Lord? It is the evidence of things not seen; the substance of things hoped for; it is the Word of God. 1 Thessalonians 2:13 says “For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.” When you believe the Word of God, that’s when you receive it. There is no receiving without believing. In fact, believing is receiving. People may attend conferences and not receive anything because they didn’t believe anything they heard at the conference. Whatever you wrap your faith around in the Word, is your possession; that is what you go home with. Once you believe the Word, it goes to work immediately, it starts working right there and then. You may wonder and say, I can’t see any physical sign yet, but the Word is already working, it has gone to work. Until you believe the report of God, there is no performance of Word.
Just as it was said of Mary and to everyone to whom this gospel would be preached and would believe it, “And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.” The Holy Spirit will perform the Word that you believe. Revelation 19:13-14 reveals that the armies which were in heaven followed him who was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood and his name is called The Word of God. Psalms 103:20 says, “Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” All the angels of God do minister to and for the Word. The moment you believe the word of God, angels are activated, and they perform what you believe. If you are in faith for a visa, receive it now! Whatever it is that you are in faith for, receive it now in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Opportunities will come your way because you believe the Word. Beloved, believe the Word today!
