22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.
1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Our opening Scripture reveals God’s plan to multiply the seed of David. The seed of David in context means anyone that is born of the spirit of David. The spirit of David is the spirit of thanksgiving, gratitude and praise unto God. If you want to be multiplied by covenant, you just must understand the terms of the covenant and act accordingly, and you will get the promises of the covenant delivered to you, because every covenant is premised on certain terms. So, anytime God gives a Word that He will do something, one thing to look out for is the covenant back of that Word. So, the covenant of multiplication is premised on consistent praise, a lifestyle of gratitude to God. No matter what, don’t be tempted to either say or do anything contrary to thanksgiving. If you catch yourself hissing and murmuring, just make sure that is the last time you do that. Repent forward and start giving thanks to God. Be a covenant person; be a praiser. Covenant people don’t murmur; they only praise! They don’t complain; they refrain from complaining!
What then is a covenant? A covenant is an agreement you go into with absolute commitment to your terms of the agreement. Your resolve in this regard of being a person of covenant like David should then be that as far as you are concerned, by God’s grace, you will always praise God, you will always sing and rejoice before God, you will not murmur! That’s the covenant, and that’s how to be a person of covenant. When things are fine or otherwise, you will give thanks to God and God will always turn the situation around in your favour; He certainly will! Listen, as a covenant person, God will always sort you; He will always take care of you, like He did Elijah in famine. Beloved, commit yourself to thanksgiving. The truth is, as you commit to thanksgiving, God multiplies you as the stars of heaven and as the sand upon the seashore. Trust God with your life. Give God thanks for your life because you trust Him. Like David, let your resolve be “I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth” (Psalms 34:1). To live a lifestyle of thanksgiving, you must be committed to living by the Word. Irrespective of how you feel, give thanks!
MY SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare that I am destined for increase, multiplication, fruitfulness, and glorification because I am a praiser! I am anointed to praise God perpetually in Jesus’ Name!
