For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.
God has never lied to anyone; He can’t lie to you. He cannot lie because He Himself is the Truth. Psalms 89:35 says of God, “Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.” The Bible is filled with many testimonies of the integrity of God. Hebrews 6:18 says, “That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie…” God cannot lie. Numbers 23:19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent…” God doesn’t renege on His Word; His Word is true, yes and amen. God and His Word are one and every word that proceeds from His mouth is set on a mission for accomplishment. If there are realities you’ve seen in the Word and is not happening in your life, then go to prayer with the Word, meditate in the Word and God will bring it to pass. Romans 10:12 says “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.” God is rich unto all that call upon His name. Take your own constitutional rights to Him in prayer and let Him show you His plans for you and what He has in store for you.
Jeremiah 29:11 says God knows the plans He has for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. God wants to showcase you to your world, but all the glory must go back to Him. The Psalmist said, “My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof and be glad.” Psalms 34:2. So if you must brag, brag in the Lord. God is against people bragging about themselves and in what they have, and not in Him. God is true to His Word; He will not break His covenant, nor alter the thing that is gone out of His lips. You can rely on God; you can depend on Him, for the Lord our God is a Rock. The Lord is dependable and reliable! Put your trust in Him absolutely; make Him your refuge and fortress! Salvation is of the Lord!
