But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
Every child of God in Christ is the seed of Abraham (Galatians 3:29). The Word tells us that if we are Christ’s, then are we Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. The man in Christ is an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ. We are of faith and are blessed with or alongside faithful Abraham. We are partakers and carriers of the blessing after the Abrahamic order. We are blessed to be a blessing. We are the head and not the tail; we are above only, and not beneath. We lend unto many nations and do not borrow. We are the social and economic heads of the nations of the world. We are to be envied, not to be pitied. We are the joy of many generations, an eternal excellency. The Word tells us that the Philistines envied Isaac, Abraham’s seed; and as Isaac was, so are the children of promise. We are the light of the world; a city set upon the hills that cannot be hidden. We are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ who loved us and gave Himself to die for our sins. That’s who we are in Christ.
However, for all that to happen or take effect in your life, you need to strategically position yourself in God’s plan and purpose for you. You must find where you belong in God’s eternal plan, and take your place to receive the outflow of the blessing in your life. It’s important you walk in the light of God’s Word for you to receive the manifestation of the blessings in the Word of God. For example, there is a blessing that comes on your life when you tithe. The Word says in Malachi 3:10, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” When you act on that Scripture, an empowerment comes on your life to prosper. Don’t be deceived by believing that you can walk in the blessing of God without acting on the Word. Don’t experiment with your life. When you act on the Word, you will see the manifestation of the blessing of God. Our opening Scripture tells us that it is the doer of the Word that will be blessed in his deed. So, position yourself strategically to enjoy the blessings of God by walking in the light of the Word. That’s how blessings flow.
My Solid Front (Confession):
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I position myself correctly to enjoy the blessings of God through the obedience of faith. I declare that I am a doer of the Word, not a hearer only. Amen.
