37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
Conqueror you are, and conqueror you will always be in Christ! Victory is the state of being over and above life’s circumstances such that you dictate the pace of happenings in your life. Victory is being the head always and not the tail, circumstances notwithstanding. Victory is having the final say in every matter of life, come what may. Our opening verse is a revelation of who we are in Christ, who you are in Christ. It says, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus that loved us. More than conquerors? What does that mean? Well, man was defeated in the Garden of Eden by Satan and sin; but Jesus came and took our place as our Substitute, and defeated Satan and conquered sin for us. He then credited our account with His victory as though we did it. As our Substitute, He won for us. He has won it all for us. Hallelujah! Now, we are more than conquerors through Him who won for us. That’s what it means to be more than a conqueror. We didn’t fight the battle by ourselves, but we have the victory as though we did, because He gave us His victory. Beloved, you are more than a conqueror through Him that loved you and gave Himself for you. Hallelujah!
2 Corinthians 2:14 tells us “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the fragrance of his knowledge by us in every place”. It does not matter what went wrong, or is going wrong, know it for sure that God always, not sometimes, causes you to triumph in Christ. We are not moved by what is happening around us; we are only moved by the Word of God. We are of faith and walk by faith and not by sight. Refuse to let the enemy give you an excuse for failure, no! Refuse to take the enemy’s parcel sent to you! God always causes you to triumph in Christ Jesus; He always leads you to victory, no matter what; He always makes all things work together for your good. Have a mindset of victory! Refuse to take defeat! God made you the head and not the tail. You are more than a conqueror through Christ that loved you! Hallelujah!
My Solid Front (Confession):
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare that I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loved me and gave Himself for my sins. I refuse to cave in and succumb to the devil’s pressure. I always have the victory in Christ. Hallelujah! Amen.
