23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
The man in Christ is born of the Word of faith; therefore, he is of faith; faith is his natural wiring. Faith is of the new man in Christ – it is a vital part of his new nature. To have a fluent walk of faith, it is important you recognize that faith is your natural wiring. We don’t assume faith in Christ, we only walk by faith. That’s our life and our walk. 1 Peter 1:23 tells us that we are born again of the incorruptible seed of God’s Word which liveth and abideth forever; and this incorruptible seed is the same word of faith that Paul the apostle speaks of in Romans 10:8 “But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.” You are born of the Word of faith, and so faith is not a struggle because faith is your DNA. We do not struggle for faith; it is our new nature or life in Christ. This divine nature is a gift that we received according to God’s divine power through His righteousness which is in Christ. In Christ, you only need to learn to use your faith in Christ; you are not in want of faith. You have been wired to walk and live by faith.
The revelation of the Word given to our spirit by the Holy Ghost activates faith in us. When the revelation of God’s Word comes to us, our spirit responds to the Word accordingly. Active faith is the response of the recreated human spirit to the Word. That’s faith working; that’s faith let loose. How then do we walk by faith? We receive the revelation of the Word and respond to it by acting upon it. The man in Christ interacts with the light of God’s Word daily. He feeds on the Word and lives by what it says. We are doers of the Word, not hearers only. Hearing the Word and responding to it is walking by faith. Our life and walk are of faith. Amen!
My Solid Front (Confession):
In Jesus’ Name, I declare that I am born of the incorruptible Word of God; I am born of the Word of Faith. I am a new man in Christ Jesus; I have received the nature of faith according to God’s divine power. I declare that I am of faith and walk by faith!
