There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who[a] do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away,
Condemnation is a feeling of unworthiness or lack of worth which creates the worthiness of judgement and punishment. We understand from the finished works of Jesus on the Cross that our judgement and punishment were laid on Jesus that we might live without them, and without condemnation. Isaiah 53:4-5 tells us, surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, and that He was wounded for our transgressions, and bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement or punishment needed to give us peace or wholeness was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed, restored to completeness. Hallelujah!
Condemnation is not for the child of God because Jesus was judged for us. If you did something wrong, you have to repent and receive forgiveness of sin, but do not touch condemnation. Condemnation is an offspring of sin consciousness and leads to death or destruction. God has made you alive in Christ and there is no death before your face. 2 Corinthians 3:7 calls the ministration under the Old Covenant the ministration of death but calls the ministration of the New Covenant the ministration of life. This is why the Bible says there is no condemnation to us as we are not under the Old Covenant but in the New Covenant. As you walk with God in the light of His Word, you are perfected in love. Acquiescing to thought patterns like, “I’m good for nothing, I’m not sufficient to do it…” is acquiescing to condemnation. It is not true that you are not sufficient, because you are in Him of whom is your sufficiency. Don’t let condemnation hold sway within you. Don’t let the devil take you for a ride by condemnation.
Right now, the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made you free from the law of sin and death. You are free from condemnation today. Jesus has set you free! Do not let condemnation touch you, and do not touch it. You are free from it. He made you free and set you free. You are God’s free man in Christ; you are not in bondage to sin or to the consequences of sin, so don’t touch condemnation. This consciousness of freedom from condemnation is the consciousness of righteousness and it gives you boldness in God. It gives you a boost in God and that boost takes you higher by the day as you walk with God. You know He loves you and you love Him, and you can walk together to the place that He has prepared for you.
MY SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus my Lord. My consciousness is of righteousness, not of sin or condemnation. I am God’s free man in Christ Jesus. I am bold to call God my Father. I am on a walk with Him to the place He has prepared for me. Hallelujah!
