Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
Your words were found, and I ate them,
And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart;
For I am called by Your name,
O Lord God of hosts.
Hunger is a sign of healthy living. That a man feels the need to eat is a pointer to the health of his physical body. The Lord Jesus said, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” When you thirst and hunger for the Word, you will be filled. Food is refreshing and satisfying, to only those who are hungry. If you are not hungry for God’s Word, even when it comes, you may not make the most of it because you are not hungry. But when you are hungry for the Word, God will do anything to feed your hunger; He will bypass millions of people to get the Word across to you. One thing that will make you stand out in your generation is a hunger for God’s Word. When you receive a Word from God, it becomes the capital from which you can produce results, become productive and creative. When God’s Word comes, it comes with instruction(s) of what to do to change levels. The Word comes to advance your life; it comes to catapult you to your next level. Every instruction given by the Word is for an upgrade. There is no telling what will come to you at His Word, when you act out the instructions it gives.
A prophetic Word will give you wings and cause you to soar. The Kingdom of God is released by the preaching of the Word of God. When you come to God, you must be prepared to receive instructions from Him. You must receive God’s Word considering who He is and not your situation. No matter what the situation is, make room for God to talk to you in prayer. Make that allowance to hear from God and submit your will to God’s Word. Be a steward of God’s Word, always waiting on Him. When He speaks, move! Move with the Word! Flow with the prophetic Word spoken to you! It is the Word acted upon that will change your life. No acting on the Word, no results! Remember the account in Luke 5 where Simon let the Lord use his boat, then He spoke the Word to prosper his fishing business. Now, let your business or career have an outlet, giving value to God’s kingdom, in order that value may come back to you in the prophetic word. When you sow value into God’s kingdom, greater value will come to you in wisdom and grace that will cause prosperity to abound unto you (Galatians 6:7). When you seek God and bring value into His kingdom, He rewards you.
MY SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that the Word of God is the ultimate in my life. I refuse to surrender my will to circumstances or situations around me, rather I surrender to God’s will for me. I prosper by the prophetic Word in Jesus’ Name!
