And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
There is a speaking part of faith that brings about the physical manifestation of what faith claims or believes. Faith itself is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen as yet. Faith is of the heart, for it is with the heart we believe (Romans 10:10). Therefore, faith emanates from the heart, which means that the substance of faith is in the heart, beyond the five physical senses. However, it is when you start speaking your faith that people can hear and see what you believe. The Bible tells us in Genesis Chapter 1 at creation, how God created the heaven and earth. God began the process of creation by speaking His faith. When God began speaking His faith, His words leaped into being and the universe was created. So, when God says something to you, and you believe it and say, “Thank you, Lord, it is mine and I call it done”, you will see the physical manifestation of that thing. God is only committed to performing unto you of His Word, only that which you have believed and confessed with your mouth; for you will have what you say.
Mary in our opening Scripture believed the Word absolutely and God performed His Word to her. God is going to perform what you have believed, not what you hope to believe. Right from the account of creation, we see God exemplify the power of speaking right, speaking faith (Genesis 1:3-4). God saw what He said. You too will see what you say. Remember that God made you in His image and after His likeness. You have the capacity within you by reason of being God’s image to be creative like God. God’s words are creative, and your words are creative, too. You must open your mouth and say what you believe according to God’s Word and it will leap into being for you. This is how you know a man of faith: his words are always consistent with the Word of God. Therefore, rest your faith in the Word of God. Let the Word of God bear the weight of your faith. When you speak, speak your faith; never speak your doubt. Never give legitimacy to your doubt. This is very important because your words legitimize your conviction. You are meant to speak your faith. Never confess fears or doubts. Starve your fear to death. Only speak your faith.
SOLID FRONT (YOUR CONFESSION):
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare that my mouth speaks the Word consistent with conviction in my heart. I am a doer of the Word and I walk in the fulness of God’s power made manifest through my faith.
