But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
Our opening Scripture clearly shows the secret of the manifest presence of God. It says that God inhabits or dwells in the praises of His people. When an environment or atmosphere of praise is reared or created, God then comes to dwell in it; which means that God’s children can attract the manifest presence of God at will. When we lift up sacrifices of praise unto God, He shows up in His glory and power in the midst of our thanksgiving and praises. This is the Bible way by which we attract the manifest, revealing, presence of Jehovah God. Acknowledging God is an act of honour in worship; and honour attracts God, but dishonor repels Him. We don’t cry or beg for God to manifest Himself to us. We only set the atmosphere right by honouring God in thanksgiving and He manifests Himself. There is a button to press in order to activate the manifest presence of God; and once you press the button, you will see God manifest Himself to you. When you acknowledge that God is good and you keep acknowledging that He is good, He will manifest Himself to you as a good God. Understand that every act of acknowledgement of God as God demands a corresponding manifestation in that order.
Psalms 5:11 says “But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice; let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.” In Exodus 34:6, God introducing Himself by His Name reveals, “…The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth…” Just as it is normal for a man to answer to his name, God responds when you call Him by His Name. The Names of God reveal His eternal character and sovereignty: who He is and what He does. The best way to call God to attend to something is to worship Him, calling Him by His Name that addresses that very thing or need, and when you do, He will show up accordingly. Are you going through a challenge? Look for God’s Name that meets that challenge. God is I am that I am; He has Names for everything, for every occasion, and for every need or situation. He is the Almighty God – the All-Sufficient and the Self-Sufficient God. Stop complaining or murmuring about the situation. Learn to order your conversation aright, so you can see the salvation of the Lord. Hallelujah!!!
My Solid Front (Confession):
Heavenly Father, thank You for showing me how to attract Your manifest presence. I now understand from Your Word that You dwell in my praise; therefore, I will continually praise You. I abound in thanksgiving unto You perpetually in Jesus’ Name!
